Ryder Systems Inc Acquires Transpacific Container Terminal LTD and CRSA Logistics

On October 2, 2008 Ryder announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Transpacific Container Terminal Ltd. (TCTL) and CRSA Logistics Ltd. (CRSA). TCTL On-LineCargo Tracking

TCTL has released a web based On-Line cargo tracking module within this website. Ocean carrier partners can access their cargo status (real time) that is currently in the TCTL national distribution system. Additionally, our ocean carrier partners can check on the status of their marine container equipment. Knowing whether their containers are still loaded with freight or empty and available to go to an exporter is an important piece of information for an equipment control department of any ocean line. Timeliness is key, and the fact that this information is "real time", makes the information more usable.

The TCTL website is a secure website, therefore in order to gain access to the on-line tracking module, you must first be set up with a secure user I.D. and password. You will then have access to your own company's information only.
