Customer Service Opportunity in Port Coquitlam, B.C.
RECEPTION CUSTOMER SEVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. This position requires a professional, energetic candidate who enjoys working in a dynamic department.

Key responsibilities of this position are:

  • Reception (managing a multi-line switchboard, greeting and directing visitors, various clerical duties)
  • Incoming/outgoing mail & couriers
  • Purchasing (managing and ordering office supplies as required)
  • Import data entry

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Customer service focused
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional reception practices
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Accurate, efficient data entry

KNOWLEDGE:

  • 1-2 years of previous reception experience
  • Previous import experience a definite asset
