RECEPTION CUSTOMER SEVICE REPRESENTATIVE
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. This position requires a professional, energetic candidate who enjoys working in a dynamic department.
Key responsibilities of this position are:
- Reception (managing a multi-line switchboard, greeting and directing visitors, various clerical duties)
- Incoming/outgoing mail & couriers
- Purchasing (managing and ordering office supplies as required)
- Import data entry
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Customer service focused
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Professional reception practices
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Accurate, efficient data entry
KNOWLEDGE:
- 1-2 years of previous reception experience
- Previous import experience a definite asset
