Yes, we have relationships with established, reliable cartage companies and can arrange pick-up or delivery from wherever to wherever you need in Canada, including Prairie points. Contact us at info@tctl.com The goods have not cleared Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) yet - can you hold them until they do? Yes, all our facilities are bonded sufferance warehouses where goods can be stored until they clear CCRA. We are also a CCRA approved carrier, so we can transport your goods within Canada prior to Duty payment. Does CCRA do inspections at your facilities? Yes, CCRA officers will visit our facilities when they have identified goods for inspection. In Toronto we also have a separate area dedicated to CCRA examinations where they have their on-site inspection team looking for illegal substances, explosives and stolen goods. Where do I file a claim for damaged or lost goods? Occasionally things go wrong. All claims are handled by our Vancouver office and should be sent there. We will investigate your claim promptly, identify the responsible party and respond promptly. | ||
